Angella's objective is to inform Africa Region policy development, by offering viable policy alternatives to address Africa’s Social, Political and economic problems. She currently focuses on social policy analysis, with the aim of providing advice on the design, modification and implementation of appropriate social protection and safeguard policies, pro-poor growth policies and social protection frameworks, that would ensure sustainable balance between economic growth and socio-economic equality in Africa. She has career interests in democratic governance, education & training, women and girls empowerment, youth empowerment, policy research, policy formulation and analysis, citizen participation and stakeholder engagement, public sector management and reforms, and social protection. She fluent in English & Swahili.
